	Inductive proximity sensors are used in many areas of factory automation & control. These highly reliable sensors detect metals by using a high-frequency electromagnetic field.
	Magnetic Reed & Hall Effect Proximity Sensors use magnetic targets & allow the capability of seeing the target through non-ferrous materials.
	Ultrasonic Proximity Sensors use the propagation time of a sound pulse to calculate the distance of a target. Ultrasonic sensors are not affected by target color or atmospheric dust.
	Capacitive Proximity Sensors reliably detect non-metallic objects, liquid, powder & granular materials; they can also detect materials through glass or plastic walls.
